Let's talk this thing over . . .
Frequently Asked Questions:
Are you available for booking?
Yes, for intimate groups. Please keep in mind that my act isn’t for everyone. I only appeal to a select number of people who have impeccable taste.
How would you describe your act?
I perform a combination of slight of hand and menatalism. In fact, you might best characterize me as "slightly mental."
Do you ever give magic lessons or private tutoring?
Yes, but I would prefer to tutor someone who has basic skills and is looking to up their game to learn intermediate or advanced techniques.
Docendo Discimus.
Do you perform for children?
This is a sophisticated performance and not recommended as entertainment for kids under 14 years of age.
Houdini once said “Never try to fool children—they expect nothing and therefore see everything.”
Are cameras or filming allowed?
No photography or video during the performance is permitted. It's all very secretive, you know. (Also no fruit or vegetables— too risky.)
How did you do that?
That is absolutely the question I am most frequently asked. It's really not that special— any genius could do it.
Additional Questions?
Please feel free to contact me. Caveat: As a magician, I usually create more questions than I answer.

Infrequently Asked Questions:
Never mind how you do your magic— why do you do it?
It's my "Rosebud," but I really don't need to do it anymore— I do it just for the money.
When did you start doing magic?
I have been doing magic since I was 7 years old.
To quote my friend, legendary magician Dai Vernon, “I wasted the first 6 years of my life.”
How did you first learn to do magic?
It's a little something I picked up in reform school.
What qualities does it take to be a master magician.
I'm not sure "qualities" is the right word. Magic skills are a tribute to reclusiveness coupled with obsessive/compulsive behavior. Of course at some point one must venture out to associate with magic mentors and other assorted interesting characters.
Do you ever use trick decks of cards in your performance.
No, The cards are ordinary, but the magician is extraordinary.
How long do you practice?
Some magicians practice in front of a mirror. It’s really a form of narcissism. They will stand there for hours upon hours marveling at their own reflection. I don’t do that— 30 minutes a day is plenty for me.
Do you have an intermission in your show?
I wouldn't dare.
Have you ever done magic on radio?
Yes, often on my friend comedian Jeff Ross' podcast; no trick photograph was used.

Who is your favorite magician?
Me. It is so difficult to be humble. I try, but I am destined to failure.
Has anyone ever told you that you look like George Clooney?
Yes— Stevie Wonder.
